In this Dream Builder review, you can see what you get inside the program and whether it’s worth it or not. I also share how I identified my dream here …
VERDICT: The Dream Builder Program is good if you want help identifying your dream and learning the correct mental habits to achieve it.
The course focuses on the important mental skills necessary to achieve your dream. The program has enough content to keep you engaged every week, and the pacing is neither too fast or too slow.
This program is not for you if you’re looking for specific technical knowledge about a certain goal, such as building a business.
The price is a bit high but it’s worth it considering you get audios, videos, and workbooks to help you focus on making your dream into reality.
What is the Dream Builder Program?
Pursuing your dream means you must master two skills. One, you need to know the actual skill related to your dream, such as building a business, exercising to lose weight, or communicating in relationships.
Two, you also need the skill of achieving your dream or achieving a goal, including overcoming mental obstacles and eliminating limiting beliefs that get in your way.
The Dream Builder program by Mary Morrissey aims to help you with the second type of skill.
Even if you know how to build a business, it will be difficult to become successful if you suffer from bad mental habits that drain your energy to keep moving. The program even helps you to discover your dream if you aren’t clear about it yet, and it gives you the steps to build your dream.
Mary Morrissey herself has had success building her dream. She survived a life-threatening illness when she was young and pregnant, and that experience changed her life. Now, her dream is to help as many people as possible to live their dreams by sharing her knowledge in the Dream Builder program.

How Does the Dream Builder Course Work?
You go through the program one week at a time. You have the whole week to listen to the audio lessons and watch the extra video. You can listen to them one day at a time, do the exercises on a different day, and spend a day reading the Gold Nuggets file to repeat the important parts that Mary has highlighted. Then use another day to do the Course Work as the exercise to implement what you learn.
The first week challenges your capacity to dream. It asks you what your ideal life would look like, and also what thoughts you have that affect or limit your ability to manifest that ideal life. You see the habits and behaviors that don’t support your dream.
Especially, Mary asks you about what is your longing and your discontent. Your longing tells you what you want in life, and your discontent tells you what you don’t want. These two signals act as guides to push and pull you towards the dream life that you want.
One story Mary shares in the first week is about the success of Sylvia Beach Hotel. The owner of this hotel began by identifying her longing and discontent, and discovered she wanted to build a place where people can have deep conversations. She eventually found a hotel, bought it, and named it after her favorite author, Sylvia Beach.

In my case: My ideal life right now would be to wake up and choose what is important for myself. I spend time on activities that I know are important and that help other people to prosper. I am calm and relaxed and have peace of mind knowing that my basic necessities are more than fulfilled. My environment is stable and supports me to grow to reveal the next step in my life.
That is what I learned in the first week. The subsequent weeks aims to further develop that vision and identify the thoughts and habits that might prevent you from turning your vision into reality.
Dream Builder Program Review – The Good and Bad
Mary Morrissey has a clear pronunciation. Her voice is soothing and helps you to focus on the lessons she is teaching. The content is easy to understand and filled with stories from Mary’s personal life and the lives of other people on their experience building a dream.
She focuses on the Law of Attraction, although she doesn’t always call it that. The program is mainly about developing the correct beliefs and mental habits that help you achieve your goal.
There is enough material to keep you engaged every week, especially if you take the time to do the exercises thoroughly and honestly. You can listen to one lesson a day and then do the exercises on another day, and read the Gold Nuggets to refresh what you learned. Using this pace, you will go through the program step-by-step and it won’t feel too fast or too slow.
You may not enjoy this program if you are looking for specific technical knowledge on how to reach your dreams. If your dream is to build a business, and you’re looking for steps on how to achieve that, then the Dream Builder program won’t suit you since it focuses on the mental aspect and not the technical aspect of achieving dreams.
In short, this program helps you build the correct mental models to success in achieving your goal, whether it be for health, relationships, or money. It has a quite high price, but you get much content, a community, and a team that supports you personally.
