Becoming Limitless – The Evolution of Consciousness

Here are the lesson notes from Vishen Lakhiani’s Becoming Limitless free webinar about the four stages of the evolution of consciousness.

Vishen Lakhiani recently conducted a free webinar on the topic of Becoming Limitless. The webinar is a story about how Vishen managed to elevate himself from a mediocre state of living to a limitless way of living. His success made him think about how he was able to do it. Over time, he was able to codify the formula for his success and develop a curriculum on it. He shares this curriculum in his recently released book, The Code of the Extraordinary Mind, and also in his Becoming Limitless online course.

If you don’t know who Vishen Lakhiani is, he is the founder and CEO of Mindvalley. Mindvalley is a company that develops personal development programs using the latest cutting edge technology. Vishen raised the company from only $700 of his money to the multiple million dollar company it is today. Interestingly, he uses the same personal development techniques you can find in the programs on himself to grow his company. Today, Mindvalley is a highly renowned company in the field of personal development.

In the webinar, Vishen talks about the four stages of the evolution of consciousness. The higher we move along our consciousness evolution, the more abundance we unlock and attract into our lives. Vishen’s explanation resonates with me because I can identify with the process he explains. According to Vishen, there are four stages that we travel through as we expand our consciousness:

  1. Modern Man
  2. Culture Hacker
  3. The State of Limitless
  4. The God Mind

1 – The Modern Man (or the Victim Stage)

The first stage of consciousness evolution is the modern man or victim stage. Most of the world’s consciousness is at this stage. This stage is where we feel that life happens to us instead of from us.

We feel that we are the victims on this stage. Our income is a victim of our boss at work. Our love relationships is a victim of our spouse or partner. And our health is a victim of food culture and environmental problems. As victims, we feel that we have little to no control over what happens.

We surrender our power to people whom we believe have the power, such as our boss, our spouse, or the government. When bad things start to happen, we react by complaining and placing the blame on someone other than ourselves. When we become trapped in this stage, we behave in ways that make us live mediocre and even miserable lives.

The good news is that we are waking up. We are beginning to realize that we aren’t helpless victims. We start to see that our thoughts can impact and create our reality. This transition is where we can emerge from the victim stage and move on to the next one.

Some of us are just starting to see that while others have realized it for some time. Either way, we see that reality is an illusion where we can determine our reality by choosing the right beliefs. When we focus directed thought on what we want, then we increase the chances of achieving what we want.

Vishen calls this process “bending reality.”

For example: I experienced bending reality when I was applying to enter a university. This school was among the most competitive in the country, but I felt very confident that I would get accepted there. I didn’t spend a moment thinking what would happen if I didn’t get accepted. I focused all my thoughts and intention to being accepted into the school. I prepared myself appropriately by studying and by believing that I will succeed. Sure enough, the day the announcement was made, I got accepted!

You probably have a similar experience where you bend reality. An important note to notice is that your process of bending reality has to align with your level. Maybe you don’t yet fully believe that reality is bendable, and you are still trying things out. In this case, rather than using affirmations to shape your reality, use segment intending.

For example, rather than saying “I make five figures per month income”, say instead “Wouldn’t it be nice if I made five figures per month income?”. Using segment intending takes away the pressure of positive affirmations and instead opens you up to a possible scenario.

2 – The Culture Hacker

Since you’re reading this article, it’s most likely that you are at the Culture Hacker stage. Once we see that our choices greatly impact our reality, we start making good choices. As Culture Hackers, we attempt to improve all aspects of our lives by ‘hacking’ using various tools and techniques.

Culture Hackers are familiar with techniques such as meditation, creative visualization, and others. We use these tools to improve our productivity and achieve high levels of success, happiness, and health. It’s rare to find a person who is successful who doesn’t use at least one or two of these culture hacker tools to help them.

Usually, Culture Hackers know what we want. We believe that we can achieve it as long as we do the work. We may still struggle with emotions and fears that drain our energy, but we are able to get back to a good energy and continue work. Our concern as Culture Hackers is that we want to amplify our results; we want to create better outcomes than the ones we have now. In my case, I want to increase the amount of income I make from my business.

To amplify results, Vishen recommends two points:

  • Don’t become attached to the outcome. If you are doing the work, don’t get stressed if the results haven’t arrived yet. Focus on doing the work and be patient because it takes time for events to occur that will manifest what you want.
  • Forget the how. When we want a certain result, we need to let go of how we will get that result. If we force the process, then we risk failing to get the result. Trust that what we desire will arrive in the best way possible.

3 – The State of Limitless

Once a person has transcended beyond culture hacking, they enter a state of limitless. This state is the state that Vishen helps people achieve in his Becoming Limitless course. Vishen explains that when a person is in this state, they move from inspiration and live a mission oriented life.

I admit that I am not in this stage yet, so I don’t understand it yet. I am still at the Culture Hacker stage and trying to amplify my results. What I do know is that when we are at the State of Limitless, we live life to fulfill a higher calling; one that transcends the individual motivations of Culture Hackers.

The fourth stage after the State of Limitless is the God Mind. But Vishen says that this stage is a topic for a different discussion. Perhaps only a few people in the history of the world have ever reached the God Mind stage. Right now, our focus is to evolve from being a Culture Hacker to entering a State of Limitless.

Soulvana Review – The Next Spiritual Evolution?

Read this Soulvana review to know about the pros and cons of the course before you sign in to be a Mindvalley Academy circle member.

Spiritual But Not Religious?

Asha Gill, the host of the Soulvana course by Mindvalley, reports that one in every three Americans is Spiritual But Not Religious (SBNR). These are the people who believe in a Higher Power and have dedicated a part of their lives seeking spiritual truth. But these people don’t subscribe to religion. Instead, they choose to create their own path in their spiritual journey.

If you can relate to being spiritual but not religious, then what path can you forge? Where do you seek the help and assistance you need from people who are in a higher state of spiritual evolution than you? The answer may be found in Soulvana, a “school for the soul,” created by Mindvalley.

Seek Your Soul in the Soulvana Circle

Soulvana is made as an answer to the needs of people who want to dive deep into spiritual studies. In 2013, Mindvalley launched its academy that provided courses on personal growth. The courses focus on science-based personal growth, but many people wanted to focus on spiritual-focused growth too.

Therefore, Vishen Lakhiani, the CEO of Mindvalley, decided to create Soulvana, a ‘sister’ school to Mindvalley Academy, that focuses on providing courses from the top spiritual experts in the world.

Soulvana is a monthly membership that gives you one course each month. If you don’t have time to learn the course, it will stay in your account for as long as you remain a member. Other than the one monthly course, you also become a Soulvana circle member and receive insights from the spiritual experts featured in each course.

Asha Gill is the Celebrity Host for Soulvana

One of the key difference of Soulvana with other similar ‘schools’ out there is that Soulvana is hosted by Asha Gill, a celebrity host for many television series. Asha will introduce the monthly course and share her personal experience and insights as well. The presence of a host will make going through the course a delightful experience for you and help keep you motivated and excited. It also shows that the team at Mindvalley is dedicated to bringing you the best experience possible.

How to Find Your Soul with Soulvana

Each course in Soulvana is around 3-8 hours in length. Other courses about personal growth are often shorter than that, and only a few have an equal or similar length of content. It means that each course has ample time to delve deep into the subject and give you the knowledge and ‘ah-ha’ moments you need.

A sample of the courses you can find include:

  • The Answers are Within You – Debbie Ford
  • Creating Your Heart’s Desire – Sonia Choquette
  • The Freedom to Choose Something Different – Pema Chodron

There are other well-known authors in Soulvana, such as Eckhart Tolle and Dr. Wayne Dyer. Soulvana provides an easy way for you to forge your path on your spiritual journey by giving one course each month. Each month, you get to listen to one expert author teach about their topic, or catch up with a course from previous months. Listening to one course each month is a great way to keep your spiritual growth growing. Each of these courses will help expand your spiritual awareness and enlighten you as a human being.

Do You Want to Find Fellow Soul Seekers?

When you are forging your path as a spiritual but not religious person, it’s great to meet like-minded individuals. Speaking and interacting with fellow ‘soul seekers’ of Soulvana can help you develop new insights into the soul that you wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Other than learning one course every month, gathering together with people who have the same vision as you help to facilitate your growth to better heights than before.

Join the Soulvana Circle

During the initial launch of this online school, the price was $19 per month. Now, after the launch, the price is $29 per month for membership. You can choose to pay a monthly membership fee or buy one year in advance to save money. However, there is a relaunch of Soulvana in July that may offer special pricing not available during any other time of year. If you are an SBNR person searching for assistance on your personal spiritual growth, Soulvana could be the perfect vessel for you.

Why You Should Become a Soulvana Circle Member

As you can see from this Soulvana review, there are significant benefits to becoming a member:

First, you get one course each month from a highly-renowned spiritual expert. This course helps to keep you traveling on your spiritual path to enlightenment. You don’t have to ‘think’ about what you should learn; you just follow the courses made available to you each month.

Second, you get to join a community of people who identify as Spiritual But Not Religious. Joining a community of people that hold the same ideas and beliefs as you helps you to be consistent in your efforts of becoming a better and more enlightened person than before. You can ask questions and get answers from people who are traveling on the same or similar path as you are.

Third, the price to join Soulvana is relatively affordable. At around $1 per day, it costs less than a cup of coffee to give yourself one of the best educations on spiritual growth available. And unlike coffee that can have unwanted side effects, learning from Soulvana gives you benefits that last a lifetime.

“Soulvana Saved My Life”

From the people who have joined as a member, one member says that Soulvana saved her life. If you are on a quest searching for a deep spiritual truth that you feel is missing or lacking from your life, a community like Soulvana could be your answer. It is not the only answer, as you can find other ways that help you grow as a spiritual being. But if you like the idea of spirituality meets technology, if you like the idea of learning from award-winning spiritual experts at a friendly price per month, then it’s a good idea to look at what Soulvana has to offer:
